Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer flat rate shipping. Choose from Royal Mail 1st or 2nd class (UK), Courier (Most of mainland GB), European or International.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Orders shipping outside the UK may be subject to your own country's import charges, taxes and duty.
Return shipping is not included.

Send the product you want to return back to us with a note of your name, order number and either return or exchange request. We will refund you for the items, or exchange if you need a different size!
Gift boxes are non refundable. Gift cards are non refundable.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear is only eligible for return or exchange if the protective strip in the gusset is intact and has not been removed
