Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We offer flat rate shipping. Choose from:

• FREE DELIVERY on orders over £75
• Royal Mail 2nd class £4.95,
• Royal Mail 1st class £6.95 (UK)
• Courier (Most of mainland GB next day before 10m) £8.95.

FedEx Priority or Royal Mail Special Delivery will deliver the next working day after dispatch. Orders will be dispatched same day if ordered Monday-Friday by 10am. Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next working day. These delivery methods do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@their-nibs.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We’re sorry to say that international shipping is currently paused due to ongoing Royal Mail issues, while we explore alternative options – thank you for your patience.

Orders shipping outside the UK may be subject to your own country's import charges, taxes and duty.

Return shipping is not included.

For items purchased on sale or promotion, you will have 14 days from date of receipt to initiate a return.

For the festive season, we’re pleased to offer an extended returns policy to make gift-giving easier! Any purchases made between 1st November and 25th December can be returned until 24th January. This means you have extra time to ensure everything is just right.
