Shipping & returns
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We offer flat rate shipping. Choose from Royal Mail 1st class UK, 2nd class UK, European or International.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
From 1st January 2021, orders shipping outside the UK may be subject to customs/import charges.
Return shipping is not included.

No problem, returns are simple!
There is a slip inside your parcel with our address and a couple questions.
Send the product you want to return with the slip back to us and we will refund you for the purchase, or exchange if you need a different size!
Gift boxes are non refundable.
