No it is not necessary to register to make a purchase from the web site. The advantage of registering is that if you return to make further purchases it makes the ordering process easier and quicker for you. Your details such as billing and delivery addresses, as well as payment details, except your credit card number and security code, will already be filled in, though of course it is easy to alter these if they have changed since your previous visit. We do not hold your card number and security code or ever see them for additional security reasons.
Also if you register you will be able to track your orders and see you account history as well as benefiting from receiving special offers and keeping you informed of new products when they become available, though of course you can choose not to receive such information if you so wish.

Their Nibs welcomes orders from all over the world. Using the currency selector it is possible for you to see the prices in GB Pounds Sterling, US Dollars and Euros. The conversion rates are updated daily but please be aware that this is an indication only and the actual charge will be in GB Pounds Sterling. We use internationally signed for postage to make delivery of your items more secure. If you have either registered during or prior to placing your order you can check the status of your order any time in two ways. You can either enter the sales order number which you will have received when you first made your purchase into the Order Tracking box on the homepage. You will then be asked to sign in to your account by entering your email address and password for security reasons. After you have signed in it will show the status of your order and if it has been dispatched will show the date of the dispatch.
Alternatively you can click the "Sign In" link on the top navigation bar of each page and enter your email address and password to access "Your Account". You will then be presented with a menu of options such as "View Undispatched Orders, Recent Orders, Refunds and Credits, as well any previous orders which have been fulfilled over 2 months old" or "View or change your subscriptions".
At Their Nibs we want you to be happy every time you shop with us, so we make our returns policy simple. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with what you have purchased. Of course being clothing we realise that it is necessary to try them on to see if they fit, just watch out for those sticky fingers of your little ones! Just return it to us in its original condition "unworn" within 30 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error.

We do our up most to make sure that the Web site is fully up to date, so that all products shown are in stock. However we cannot guarantee that an item will always be available if it is displayed on the Web site as being for sale. There maybe occasions where an item is shown as being for sale but has in the meantime become unavailable.
In the unlikely event that you order an item which in the meantime the stock has run out, then we shall contact you as soon as we can. We will let you know how long it will be before the item is available again and give you the option of a full refund if you choose not to wait for it.
